Douglasville, Ga., Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges in New Orleans Court

He was caught in a wide-reaching federal probe of a child pornography ring.

A Douglasville man pleaded guilty to federal charges of receiving child pornography Wednesday in U.S. District Court in New Orleans.

The Times-Picayune reported Christopher Jamieson, 31, admitted to exchanging around 500 videos depicting minors as young as 12 years old with a Louisiana man who is the accused “architect” of an expansive child porn ring.

Jonathan Johnson of Abita Spring, La., allegedly ran websites with 27,000 members that offered tutorials on coaxing young boys to participate in sexually explicit videos.

Jamieson is the fourth defendant to plead guilty as a result of a U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security probe that arrested 25 people and led to 14 federal indictments.
