Prosecutors from the Douglas County District Attorney's Office presented 41 cases to the Grand Jury Friday

Prosecutors from the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office presented 41 cases to the Grand Jury Friday, according to District Attorney David McDade.

The following cases were presented to the Grand Jury on Friday, Jan. 13:

  • Abel Jesus Cruz, on charges of Burglary and Theft by Taking
  • James Mitchell Hart, on charges of Aggravated Assault (Family Violence Act)
  • Rusty Lee Mahan, on charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
  • Paul Lawrence, on charges of Aggravated Stalking
  • Peter Pefinis, on charges of Serious Injury by Vehicle
  • Henry Finley III, on charges of Murder
  • Alberto Gurrola, Jose Gurrola, Jesus Gurrola and Javier Antonio Gurrola, on charges of Violation of Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and Criminal Damage to Property
  • Allen Boyd, Vincent Williams and D’Shai La’ Cole Rush, on charges of Burglary
  • Austin Bowman, on charges of Child Molestation
  • MacDonald Vaughan, on charges of Battery (Family Violence Act) and Aggravated Stalking
  • Ronald Mark Lindley, on charges of Aggravated Child Molestation
  • Dennis Keith Brown, on charges of Sexual Assault
  • Terrence Fleming, on charges of Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity
