Prosecutors from the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office presented 31 cases to the Grand Jury today.

Prosecutors from the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office presented 31 cases to the Grand Jury Friday, according to Douglas County District Attorney David McDade.

The following cases were presented to the Grand Jury on Friday, Jan. 18:

-         Monta Daughtery, on charges of Obstruction of an officer and Theft by Shoplifting

-        David Steven Ingram, on charges of Aggravated Assault

-        Monta Burnett, on charges of Aggravated Assault

-        Gabriel Stephen Neely, on charges of Burglary and Theft by Receiving

-        Joshua Jontue Magee, on charges of Aggravated Assault

-        Don Whatley and Lori Whatley, on charges of Fraudulently Obtaining Controlled Substances

-        Amanda Jean Anderton, Curtis Leroy Anderton and William Shepherd Jacobs, on charges of Identity Fraud

-        Stanley Langley, on charges of Aggravated Stalking

-        Demarkius Dority, on charges of Child Molestation

-        Paul Gammell and Christopher Newell, on charges of Aggravated Sodomy
