Doctor Shopping cases have been on a large increase over the past several years and have become one of the major drug threats facing our community. As well as being illegal, it is extremely dangerous for individuals to obtain the same narcotics from multiple doctors without those doctors knowledge. If you are seeing different doctors for different reasons, make sure that your doctor or medical professional is aware of all types of medications you are currently prescribed or are taking.
