Dorsett Shoals/ Agressive Dog

We live in the Dorsett Shoals Subdivision near Dorsett Shoals Elementary and there is a dog that is aggressive at the top of the hill. It tried to attack my husband, daughter and dog while they were walking today. The dog is usually tethered and today it broke it's tether. The animal control supervisor Officer Rice will not go out to the person's house today because no one was bitten. It tried to bite my dog my husband scared it off once and is circled around and came back almost all the way to our house. People need to beware of this dog it is black and white if anyone else is threatened please contact animal control.
