Help needed! Buy a wreath for our heroes! Read below for donation code & instructions. The Patriot Guard Riders will continue our annual tradition and participate in the Wreaths Across America Ceremony at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton on Saturday, December 14th at 12 noon. The ceremony will start with a minute of silence, which will take place at the same time at everynational cemetery across the US and on foreign land. During the ceremony, 7 ceremonial wreaths will be placed for the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines and Prisoners of War/Missing in Action.
We are invited to provide a flagline.
Wreath sponsorship was determined to be our biggest challenge this year. To date we have very few wreaths sponsored. We are in need of an estimated 7000 wreaths at the Georgia National Cemetery to be placed at each of the gravesites and to decorate the columbarium. It is our goal to place a wreath at every single grave and as most know we cannot place a wreath at every columbarium site due to the size constraints, but we do decorate that area.
The PGR has proudly sponsored many wreaths in the past andit is hoped you will continue to help in the mission to raise funds to be ableto place a wreath at every grave in the cemetery again this year.
(note) It is not a requirement to donate a wreathto participate in the ceremony.

You can also contribute via the web on WAA's websitelocated to the right. However, please remember to note which cemetery yourwreaths should go to and use GACAP130 as the organization code.
For every two wreaths sponsored under Group ID# GACAP130,we will receive an additional wreath to place at a heroes grave.
