WellStar Nurse Debra Lynn Crumpler, 48, Dies

The family will receive friends at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, Jan. 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with her celebration of life service following at 1 p.m. with Rev. Steve McFall and Rev. Charles Gibbs officiating.

Debra Lynn Crumpler, 48 of Douglasville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8. She was born Dec. 8, 1965 in Decatur.

Debra was a devoted mother and wife. She was a labor and delivery nurse at Wellstar Cobb Hospital for more than 20 years and was an active member of Chapel Hill Middle School PTSO. Debra was a member of Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest Clifton Cash and Mary Ann Crook Cash; and brother, Ronald Cash.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Alan Crumpler; sons, Zachary Crumpler and Daniel Crumpler; brother, Michael Cash and wife Amy; sisters, Donna Garrick and husband Wayne, Anita Farrow and husband Lee; father-in-law, J.R. Crumpler; sisters-in-law, Lori Mansfield and husband DJ., Leanne Perry and husband Lee; numerous nieces and nephews..
