U.S. Navy Vet Jack H. Richardson, 81, Dies
The family will have a private family funeral service on Sunday, March 24, in the Rosehaven Chapel with Rev. Charles Gibbs and Rev. Neal Beard officiating.
Jack H. Richardson, 81 of Douglasville, passed away on March 21. He was born Aug. 23, 1931 in Douglasville. He served in the U.S. Navy and later retired from Delta Airlines as a lead mechanic. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Douglasville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Allie Richardson and his brother, Hill Richardson.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Janice Richardson; daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Gary Johnson of Douglasville, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Jarita and Bob Bretherton of Murfreesboro, TN; two grandchildren, Dana Johnson and Jade Chumard and his wife Jyn of Douglasville, GA; and brother, Mack Richardson and his wife Teresita of Jacksonville, FL.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 23, from 5 to 8p.m. The family will have a private family funeral service on Sunday, March 24, in the Rosehaven Chapel with Rev. Charles Gibbs and Rev. Neal Beard officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
