Peter Paul Symanowski, Jr., 60, Dies
The funeral service will be Thursday, March 7 at 2 p.m. in the Rosehaven Chapel with Rev. Michael Dunbar officiating.
Peter Paul Symanowski, Jr., 60 of Douglasville, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013. He was born Aug. 8, 1952 in West Point, NY.
Peter was a member of the North-South Skirmish Association (NSSA) and New Covenant United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Severin Paul Symanowski; parents, Peter Paul and Margaret Mary Thompson Symanowski; and brother, John Edward Symanowski.

He is survived by his daughters, Adrienne Symanowski and her fiancé Rommey Scott of Canton, GA, Isabeau McMichael and husband Dustin of Temple, GA; sisters, Margaret Anne Minnigh of Woodbridge, VA, Kathleen Marie Lamp of Boyce, VA, Rosemary Williams of Culpeper, VA; brother, James Thomas Symanowski of Charleston, SC; mother-in-law, Catherine Adelma Dudrow of Villa Rica.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be Thursday, March 7 at 2 p.m. in the Rosehaven Chapel with Rev. Michael Dunbar officiating. Honoring his wishes he will be cremated following the services.
