Mae 'Stormy Weather' Duvall, 63, Dies

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, at Bright Star Cemetery with Chaplain Ron Daniel officiating.

Mae “Stormy Weather” Duvall, age 63, of Douglasville passed away Friday, Aug. 9. She was born on Oct. 25, 1949 in Middletown, New Jersey to the late Raymond Hyer and the late Dorothy Gardner Hyer. 

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Rasoda.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Raymond Duvall of Douglasville; daughter, Tina Duvall of Bainbridge, New York; sister, Phoebe Hyer of Haines City, Florida; brother, Raymond Hyer of Unadilla, New York; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Marcy Hyer of New Jersey; granddaughter, Charleen Mae Hitt; eleven other grandchildren and one great grandchild.
