James Ralph Brooks Jr., 71, Dies
Memorial Services were held Sunday Dec. 8 at White Columns Chapel in Mableton.
James Ralph Brooks Jr., 71 of Austell, passed away Thursday Dec. 5. Mr. Brooks was born in Atlanta, the son of James Brooks Sr. and Gladys Adele Clark Brooks.
Mr. Brooks Jr. retired from Woodcraft Molding in 2000 after 37 years of service. He served as a decon at Watkins Memorial/Oakdale Road Baptist Church and Pebblebrook Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Gunter Brooks; son, Kenneth Brooks and wife Brandy of Dallas; brother, Wayne Brooks of Lawrenceville; two sisters, Glenda Sims of Rome and Jane Reynolds of Lilburn; and two grandsons, Alex and Noah Brooks of Dallas.
