Helen Juanita Rudder, 88 of Douglasville, formerly of Daytona Beach, FL., passed away Sunday, Dec. 29. She was born Feb. 6, 1925 in Indianapolis, IN.
Mrs. Rudder was a retired bank officer with Atlantic Bank of Daytona Beach, FL and was a member of Daytona Beach Christian Drive-In Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ethel Coval; her husband Raymond ‘Bo’ Rudder; her first husband Charles Bivens; and brother, Burt Coval.
She is survived by her step-son, Boe Rudder and wife Linda of Chattanooga, TN; step-daughter, Alice Patterson and husband Boyd, Sr. of Douglasville, GA; grandchildren, Boyd Patterson, Jr. and wife Nancy of Chattanooga, TN, Phillip J. Patterson and wife Kimberley of Roanoke, VA, Katy Rudder and husband David Brigham of Zimbabwe, South Africa, Sara Herring and husband Brandon of Oakland, CA; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews including Danny Conner of Cumming, GA.
The funeral service was on Saturday, Jan. 4, in the Rosehaven Chapel. Her cremains will be interred in Indianapolis, IN., at a later date.
