Emma Jo Perkins, 64, Dies

Funeral services were conducted Friday, Dec. 6 from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins and Rev. Anthony Puckett officiating.

Emma Jo Perkins, 64 of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4. She was born Aug. 6, 1949 in Carrollton, to the late Herbert Shoemake and Alma Henderson Shoemake.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Perkins; daughter and son in law, Angie and Randy Harper of Carrollton; daughter and son in law, Sherry and Brian Smith of Carrollton; daughter and son in law, Leslie and Shawn Cosby of Carrollton; sister, Sarah Reynolds of Newnan; six grandchildren, Daniel and Tina Marlow, Corey Harper, Justin Smith, Katie Cosby, Jonathon Cosby and Haley Cosby; and three great grandchildren, Lauren Marlow, Nathan Marlow, and Emmett Marlow.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, Dec. 6 from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins and Rev. Anthony Puckett officiating.

Interment followed in Eureka Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were her grandsons.
