Courthouse Employee Susan Anne Waldrop Dies
Memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m. from Hightower's Memorial Chapel with Minister Benny Waldrop officiating.
Susan Anne Waldrop, 55 of Winston, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5. She was born Aug. 20, 1957 in Villa Rica, to Christine Shadix Waldrop and the late Charles William Waldrop, Jr. She worked during her career at the and was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church.
Survivors are her mother, Christine Shadix Waldrop of Douglasville; spouse, Birney Montcalm of Winston; daughter, Melinda Montcalm Huckabee of Buford; and son, Anthony Charles Montcalm of Winston; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m. from with Minister Benny Waldrop officiating.

In accordance with her wishes, her body will be cremated.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 8, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
