Clyde Augustus Wilson, Jr., II, 68 of Fruithurst, GA., passed away, Thursday, Oct. 10. He was born May 29, 1945 in Fort Knox, KY., to the late Clyde A. Wilson, Jr. and Melba Carstathen. He worked during his career as a dispatcher, for the Buckhead Safety Cab.
Survivors are his Step-mother: Libby Wilson of Las Vegas; daughters and sons-in-law: Tina and Travis Lineberry of Dacula, GA, Sabrina and John Sands of Lincoln, AL; son and daughter-in-law: Clyde Wilson, Jr. III and Paula of Kingsland, GA; brothers: Rev. Frank Wilson of Blairsville, GA, Kerry Wilson of Las Vegas; grandchildren: Anthony Imbordino, Brooke Imbordino, Kayla Sands, Savannnah Sands, Victoria Sands, John Robert Sands, III, Zach Sands, Tanner Sands, Erica Wilson, Mallory Wilson, Noah Lineberry, Carlin Lineberry; great grandchildren: Oliver Preston Sands, Malaia Lineberry, Clayton Crews, and Braelyn Crews.
Funeral Service will be held Sunday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m. from Hightower’s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Frank Wilson officiating.
The family will receive friends, Sunday, Oct. 13, from 1 p.m. until the service hour of 4 p.m.
In accordance with his wishes, his body will be cremated following the service.
