Betty Jean Reeves Moody Dies

Betty Jean Reeves Moody, age 80, of Lithia Springs, passed away Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011. She was born November 8, 1931 in Haralson County, the daughter of the late Mr. James Franklin Reeves and the late Mrs. Zelma Thomas Reeves. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs. She was the
owner and operator of Betty’s Fashion and Designers, Inc. in Lithia
Springs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lee Moody and her sister, Martha June Reeves Anderson. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at , Douglas
Chapel, Tuesday, Jan. 3, from 5 until 8 p.m.

Funeral Services for Betty Moody will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Dr. Louie Winstead and Dr. Marion Beaver officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs. The following will serve as pallbearers: William Nails, Herbert Garner, Harry Allgood, Eddie Allgood, Bob Adair, and
Jimmy Cannon.
