Boys & Girls Club Hosts 2nd Clay Shoot

The Douglas County Boys & Girls Club is inviting young and old to come out to the Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club on Nov. 9, starting at 9.a.m. sharp.

All fund raisers are not created equal and the Douglas County Boys & Girls Club has elected again this year to make its annual end-of-year fund raiser a standout occasion. For a second year, the entire family can have fun together participating in a sport that is a true Southern tradition - an old-fashion clay shoot in the middle of a serene woodland paradise.

The Douglas County Boys & Girls Club is inviting young and old to come out to the Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club on Nov. 9, starting at 9.a.m. sharp.  Foxhall  Resort and Sporting Club located at 8000 Capps Ferry Road right outside Douglasville is one of the most beautiful and captivating locations available for an event of this type. Participants will be shooting clays on the 15 station course.  In addition to family fun, participants will get to see some of the best marksman in the area doing what they do best and the clays don't mind a bit.

Proceeds from this event will support Douglas County Boys & Girls Club programs that continue to make a difference in the lives of the County's children. Those efforts create meaningful successes such as the 100 percent graduation rate of this year's senior members with 100 percent of those members going on to college!  Event sponsors and participants make it all possible and this year sponsor opportunities are available at varying levels.
