Biggest Fish Awards Given
This year the Douglas County Parks and Recreation Department hosted its 2012 Fishing Derby on June 9. There were more than 300 participants this year. This year those fishing were able to participate in a casting tournament and biggest fish tournament.

In the picture above are the winners of the biggest fish ages 9-12. First place went to Tyler Jerkins; second place to Lauryn Hales; and third place to Chloe Sadowsky.
The Douglas County Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank everybody who participated this year and a special thanks to the Tri-County Bass Club for serving lunch.
