Gold’s Gym, the leading authority on health and fitness, and Celebrity Chef (and Gold’s Gym Fitness Institute Member) Robert Irvine have teamed up to help consumers trim the calories this holiday season…without trimming the taste on their Thanksgiving meals.  As part of the company’s annual “Trim the Fat” promotion, the Food Network star is dishing out eight figure-friendly versions of traditional Thanksgiving recipes. 

In addition, Gold’s Gym West GA will release a “Full Plate of Workouts”-- Thanksgiving-themed workout routines designed to burn 500 calories each – and open up its doors to the public for free on Black Friday, November 29th. All three premiere fitness locations will be participating: Chapel Hill in Douglasville, Hospital Drive in Douglasville, and West Cobb in Austell. 

“I’m really excited to be working with Gold’s Gym for Trim the Fat this year and helping people across the country put some new spins on old favorites,” said Robert Irvine, Food Network personality. “From appetizers and entrees to desserts and leftovers, these recipes have you covered for the entire Thanksgiving Day meal, and as an added bonus, hit up Gold’s Gym for free the next day and carve off some calories!”
