Interested in learning more about Junior League or in becoming a member?  Please join us at our first meeting of the year!

Junior League of Douglas County members, reflecting a wide range of backgrounds, interests, and professional pursuits, work together to identify unmet needs, forge effective coalitions, and work for change. Time and time again, JLDC is among the first organizations to step up to the plate and tackle a community’s biggest challenges.  
   
We reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.
   
Our Mission
The Junior League of Douglas County is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, to developing the potential of women, and to improving the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.   
   
Our Vision
The Junior League of Douglas County envisions a diverse membership acting to improve the quality of life for women, children and senior adults in our community.
