Community Program seeks to Honor Women who make a
Difference

Lithia Springs, GA - Ladies In Waiting, Inc., a Douglas County youth program for teen girls, seeks to acknowledge and honor women in the Metro Atlanta area who teens can view as a source of inspiration for the goals they are striving to attain. These women should support community efforts, and have made a significant contribution or outstanding achievement in one of  the following categories: Leadership, Media & the Arts, Entrepreneurship/Business, Education/Mentorship, Community
Serving Organizations and Young Lady of Promise – Ladies In Waiting, Inc. “Jewel” Only.


Our organization delivers personal and leadership development to help girls master each stage of life. Our goals are to promote character education, reduce the dropout rate of teenage girls, promote abstinence education, and encourage post-secondary education.
