Dedication Ceremony on Douglas Boulevard at the western entrance to Arbor Place Mall and Olive Garden to unveil a sign honorarily naming the section of Douglas Boulevard between Chapel Hill Road and Georgia Highway 5 in honor and memory of USMC LCpl Scott "Boots" Harper who gave the ultimate sacrifice in October 2011 in Afghanistan.
