Meet Pretty Little Petunia

This cat is currently looking for a loving home.

Petunia’s unique tortoiseshell look caught my eye as I was leaving the cat area of the animal shelter.

However, when I opened her cage to take pictures, she made it clear that she was more interested in taking a nap than posing.  It wasn’t until my helper reached in and scratched her on the head that she decided we might be worthy of her time.

Petunia is definitely all cat, and though she would probably never admit it, she’d love to find a good forever home with people who will scratch her on the head every day.
