Lithia Springs High School graduate and military spouse, Kim Porter, will get to meet Michelle Obama on Sunday and her children will get to meet some Olympic athletes today.

Editor's note: Kim Porter graduated from in 1996 and her husband graduated from in the same year. Today their children will get to go to a U.S. Ambassadors house as part of Michelle Obama's Let's Move program and get to meet Olympians.

On Sunday, Kim will get to meet Michelle Obama. She has promised Douglasville Patch to share her photos in the upcoming days. Here is the letter she wrote Patch:

My husband is in the U.S. Air Force and is currently posted in Korea for one year and we stayed behind in the United Kingdom. We have lived here since 2004. I graduated from Lithia Springs High School in 1996 and my husband graduated from Alexander High School in 1996. The only pictures I have right now is when I took my girls to a local village to see the Olympic torch relay.

My two older girls will be going to the U.S. Ambassadors house tomorrow morning to be apart of Michelle Obama's Let's Move program and will be able to meet a lot of different sports figures. I will be sending them with a camera to take pictures and then on Sunday I will be headed up to Mildenhall to meet Mrs. Obama myself. And of course I will have my camera with me and take photos! For right now here is a photo of the Olympic torch relay. After the weekend I will email you with the photos I have.
