Community Update

Purchased a wedding ring set for my fiance, and when I picked it up, it looked too small. They assured me their sizing was accurate, but when she tried it on, it was too small. They tried to charge me to resize it the correct size, and refused to return any of my phone calls. When I did speak with them, they acted like they were too busy to talk and accused me of telling them to shut up. Crazy and do not understand clear English, and they have terrible customer service AFTER you've paid for the product. Plus, the diamond size was .66 carots, and I was told it was it was almost 1 carot when I purchased it. "They lied.
