Join Us Again Saturday At Pet Things

Come see these wonderful pets available for adoption and come peruse the many wonderful pet related items that are available at Pet Things.

Join us again at Pet things on Douglas Blvd This Saturday December 15th. for a second Saturday Adoption event. Douglas County Animal Control will once again have adoptable dogs and cats on site and there will be volunteers available to tell you about each of these wonderful pets from Noon until 4 pm.

Pet Things is located at 6880 Douglas Blvd, between Smore Barbecue and the mall. You can't miss it as there is a huge yellow blow up dog out front and volunteers will be on site to help direct you to the event.

Come see these wonderful pets available for adoption and come peruse the many wonderful pet related items that are available at Pet Things. The owners Terry & Cathy are more than happy to assist customers and they both have a wealth of information on the product lines that they carry. Many items at Pet Things are unique and not found in larger chain stores, so make sure and take advantage of the opportunity to shop for your pets while you are there.

Help make this another successful adoption day for the animals of our shelter and join the partnership with a great new business in our community. Thanks to the combined efforts of the Shelter, Volunteers and Pet Things, three wonderful dogs found their forever homes last Saturday and we are hoping to see more dogs and cats adopted this Saturday.

We look forward to seeing you there on Saturday! Bring the family and adopt a shelter pet. You will be glad that you did......

what's the adoption fee?
Carl Pyrdum Jr. December 14, 2012 at 11:15 PM
The adoption fees are $35 and that includes micro chipping. Also, if you bring a toy valued at $10 or more to donate to Toys For Tots, the adoption is half price, or just $17
