Help Make Christmas Special For Someone This Year

Candy, socks, chewing gum, Christmas cards with your personal message and just about anything that can be included will be accepted.

Come by the Douglas County Animal Shelter this weekend and make a donation of a new unwrapped toy to the Toys For Tots campaign, or make a donation for Christmas packages being put together to send to our troops who are serving in harms way this Christmas.

Candy, socks, chewing gum, Christmas cards with your personal message and just about anything that can be included that will bring a smile to the face of someone who will not be home with their family this Christmas is welcome.

This will be the only weekend donations for the Christmas packages will be accepted, however, toys can be donated until December 20th to the Toys For Tots campaign. So come by the shelter this weekend, make a donation of a new toy or donate something to make a soldier's Christmas brighter. While you are there, have a look at the many wonderful dogs and cats who are hoping they too will have a merry Christmas this year.
