FREE SEMINAR AND UPDATE ON "DRUGS" IN GEORGIA

We would like to invite you to attend the Monthly meeting of the Cobb-Cherokee Employers Committee, sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor.  The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 27, 2014, 7:30 am (Networking and Breakfast) until 9:00 am, at the Georgia Department of Labor, Marietta Career Center, 465 Big Shanty Road, Marietta, GA. 

Cobb-Cherokee Employers Committee  is a Not for Profit Organization (Business Network), which  provides vital entrepreneurial, business, and personal development information, inspiration and motivation to the members and business community, with the goal of providing education and tools to assist with becoming more effective and efficient within their respective organizations.  Every month we organize a meeting and invite entrepreneurs and business leaders within the community, to discuss legal, legislative initiatives, tips, and tools that will help promote or help their businesses and develop their Strategic and Business Acumen.

This month our speaker will be Dr. Gregg Raduka, Ph.D., LPC, ICPS, Director of Prevention/Intervention of The Council on Alcohol and Drugs in Atlanta where he has worked since 1986.  He will be speaking on the topic – “DRUGS” - the Prescription Drug Abuse program and a summary of the medical marijuana bill that is currently pending at the Georgia state capital.
