Wood Re New Opens Here

Wood Re New specializes in cleaning and applying a protective coating to exterior wood.

By Sara Ray,

Owners Bret and Kristi Johnson are proud to announce the opening of their new business, Wood Re New. Their home-based business celebrated its new DC Chamber membership and opening with a chamber ribbon cutting at the Luncheon on Sept. 20.

Wood Re New specializes in cleaning and applying a protective coating to exterior wood. The unique proprietary foaming cleaner specially formulated for wood achieves dramatic results restoring wood back to “like new” condition.  After the cleaning process, a wood protectant containing water repellent and UV protection is applied to slow down the aging process inflicted by the sun, rain, snow, ice and even dew. The process works on decks, fences, docks, cedar & redwood siding, log cabins, gazebos, pergolas and wood play structures.
