Troy University District Director, Bill Glisson and his team celebrated Troy University’s new membership with a Chamber ribbon cutting last month. Troy University’s Atlanta Site is located at 1117 Perimeter Center West in Atlanta.

Troy University is an Alabama public university founded in 1887. TROY serves almost 28,000 students throughout the United States and the world through in-class, online and blended programs designed to provide students with exactly the academic programs and collegiate experiences they desire.

Their historic Troy, Alabama campus offers a variety of academic programs plus an exciting social environment, athletic programs that compete on a national level, and many opportunities for involvement and leadership. For those who prefer a highly flexible route to a degree, Troy University offers in-class programs at other locations (including the teaching site in Atlanta), as well as online and blended programs to accommodate the lifestyle of adult students.

Troy University’s dynamic online programs, offered through eTROY, provide both academic excellence and flexibility.

Douglas County Chamber President and CEO, Kali Boatright, congratulated Bill on behalf of the Chamber. “The Douglas County Chamber is pleased to have you as a new member and more importantly an additional educational source in Douglas County,” commented Boatright. “We look forward to supporting and promoting your business as a member!”
