PLMH Holding Company, LLC purchased the Park on March 2 and has over the course of seven months brought new professional management and maintenance staff to the community. PLMH has also renovated the playground, clubhouse, maintenance facility, and 10 abandoned and flooded mobile homes over this seven month period. Other initiatives implemented include creating community events, community newsletters, new marketing and logos, stopping water leaks, adding meters and valves to all lot, fencing the perimeter to create a more private and crime free community. The plans for the future only grow from there to make it a peaceful and beautiful place to live.
