Live-In Group Home Manager Needed

The , whose mission is to support adults with developmental disabilities, is currently seeking a full-time live-in group home manager. The Foundation is located at 2305 Sweetwater Church Road in Douglasville.
The successful applicant will be well-organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work well independently.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing protective oversight for individuals served; maintaining a clean, safe home; ensuring the ongoing health and safety of individuals served, including nutrition, hygiene, and assisting with medications; accurately maintaining all required documentation; overseeing relief staff; ensuring community inclusion for individuals served; and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements include: A clean background check, clean driving record, pre-employment physical, current TB skin test/PPD, and current CPR/First Aid certification from an accredited, hands-on, training program.
