The Douglas County School System is currently hiring a Food Service Assistant. The location for this position is to be determined. This is a part-time position that will require 2.5 to 3 hours of work a day.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and interpret recipes
- High School graduate is preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand on feet for four or more hours a day
- Must be able to work in extreme hot/cold temperatures and a noisy environment
- Must be able to lift 15 to 20 pounds to shoulder height several times a day
- Must be willing to work with potentially dangerous equipment
