Call Center Rep Needed

Elwood Staffing is recruiting for a local utility company in Douglasville for part time call center positions. Position requires three to four years office experience in areas of customer service, credit, collections, billing or other related office functions dealing with the public. Must have call center experience and must have problem solving, organizational skills, professional appearance and attention to detail.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Hours will vary from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requires proficiency with 10-key calculator and PC using MS word, Excel and Outlook. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive attitude. Good interpersonal skills working with public. Previous experience working for a utility company is helpful. Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test, etc. Must be Georgia Ready certified.
