La Petite Academy on Lee Road is looking for an Assistant Teacher. Candidates must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED and have previous daycare center experience.
Job duties include:
- Maintaining a safe and clean classroom
- Acting as a role model for students
- Having a passion for excellence in childcare
- Assisting with creating and implementing a daily lesson plan
- Documenting learning activities and projects
- Joining students during meals and snacks to model table manners
- Maintaining school security at all times
