GreyStone Power Offers Energy Efficiency Loan

Jump start your energy savings with a loan from GreyStone Power and GEMC Federal Credit Union!

GreyStone Power Corporation members who are considering making home improvements have a new financing option available. GreyStone and GEMC Federal Credit Union are offering a loan program for those who would like to finance energy efficient improvements to their existing homes. For as little as 2.9 percent APR (Annual Percentage Rate), members can receive a HomePlus Loan that will jump start their energy savings.

“Energy efficiency improvements can help make your home more comfortable and at the same time save you energy dollars for years to come,” says Rudy Echols, GreyStone’s manager of Residential Energy Services.

Home improvements that are eligible for financing through the program include improvements to central heat pump and air conditioners, heat pump water heaters, solar water heating systems with electric back up and replacement windows. These items must be Energy Star rated for energy savings. Improvements may also be made to ductwork, insulation and other weatherization products.
