What Can Patch Do for You?

There will be a short and easy class at the Dinner's Ready Restaurant this morning at 8 a.m. The presentation will be made to the networking group but is open to the general public.   2. The Douglas County Band Festival is being held Tuesday at . The festival consists of performances from all of the middle and high school bands from Douglas County schools in a judged competition. For more information, contact Andy King at 404.-825-7222.
  3. Youth Art Month Exhibit Opens Tuesday in the Courthouse Gallery, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Opening Reception will be on the third floor of the Douglas County Courthouse. Admission is free. The exhibit features art from students in the Douglas County School System and is a program of the through its Department of Communications and Community Relations.   4. Shrove Tuesday Pancake SupperΒ  will be held Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at . The tasty event isΒ  open to the public at a cost of $5 per person and $15 per family, for unlimited pancakes, fruit, juices and other breakfast items. For more information, call 770-949-9949.
  5. Pancake Breakfast at The Benton House will be held on Thursday, from 8 to 10 a.m., 4999 Prestley Mill Road. It's a delicious pancake breakfast featuring grits, sausage and bacon, juice and coffee! RSVP by the end of today at 770-942-9449.
