Tuesday's Flag Day ceremonies on showed Douglasville's true colors. The ceremonies included a welcome by Mayor Mickey Thompson, a flag presentation by the Douglasville Honor Guard, a stirring rendition of the Star Spangled Banner by Greg Roberts, a patriotic poetry rendition by Cowboy Poet Joel Hayes and the closing prayer by Mayor Pro Tem John Schildroth.
