Each week, the Douglas County Animal Shelter
highlights a cat and a dog as the “Pets of the Week”. All animals at the
Shelter are looking for loving and permanent homes,
and it is hoped that the “Pets of the Week” highlight will help bring attention
to all of the animals currently housed at the Douglas County Animal Shelter.
