It's Presidents Day

From closures to a sale and basketball tryouts, these are the five things necessary to know before you leave the house today, Feb. 21.

  1. Today is Presidents Day. That means most government offices are closed, including the vehicle tag office and the Department of Driver Services. Most banks are also closed today, including Douglasville locations.
  2. Presidents Day sale. For those who are lucky enough to be off, take advantage of the today-only sale at Arbor Place Mall. Up to 44 percent off on 44 styles.
