Exciting Events Include Big Band Concert

This weekend's offerings also feature a Pancake Breakfast, Community Day gathering to benefit local schools, and a Chicken Swap.

Community Day

  • Why go: Family-friendly events include free tennis lessons, kids activities, live music, shopping, group personal training demos, plus food and drinks. Proceeds benefit Communities in Schools of Douglas County.

Premiere of MAC Cosmetics at Macy's to Benefit Family Violence and Sexual Assault Center

  • When: Saturday, May 28; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Where: ,
  • Why go: You'll get a kick out of watching locally elected women officials walk the runway at 4 p.m. and get makeovers, all for a good cause. MAC Cosmetics is coming to Macy's and its premiere will benefit the Douglas County Family Violence and Sexual Assault Center which assists victims of domestic violence, rape and other sexual crimes in our community.

"Remembering the Farm" Chicken Swap
