Bring Buster Home For Good

This pet is available from Douglas County Animal Control and is in desperate need of a loving home.

Buster has been featured here at Patch before, but sadly, he is still at the animal shelter.  He has been there since February.  There is a special place in my heart for this dog, and I know if you met him, there'd be a special place for him in yours.  He is so sweet and so pretty - the pictures do not do him justice.  Buster is a Treeing Walker Coonhound and is about a year old.

If you’re interested in this animal, please visit the at 1755 County Services Rd. (off Cedar Mountain Road). The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. It is closed Monday.

The adoption fee for all dogs and cats is $25. All pets are required to be spayed or neutered within six months of adoption. Yearly rabies vaccinations are also required. The Douglas County Animal Shelter can be reached by calling 770-942-5961. To learn about other animals available for adoption from Douglas County Animal Control, view its adoptable pet list.
