The fashion design program at Ike Owings Community Center for children ages 10-17 is designed for children who have a desire to learn to sew, loves cutting up clothes, and have a sense of fashion. This eight-week course will cover all the basics of fashion design and will end with a fashion show. Participants will design at least 2-4 garments to be worn at the fashion show in front of relatives and friends. Classes will be held on Mondays and Fridays from 6:00-8:00 PM and the cost for the eight-week program is $250.
