Swimmers Place at State Games
Two athletes placed highly at the State Special Olympic Games which were held at Emory University May 17 through 19.
Jory Pitts, from Alexander High School, and Zach Web, from Lithia Springs High School, both participated in the Aquatics division and placed highly at the State Special Olympic Games which were held at Emory University May 17 through 19.
Pitts placed first in the 25 freestyle and third in the 50 freestyle. Web placed second in a freestyle relay, third in the 50 freestyle, and fourth in the 25 freestyle.
