The Douglas County Parks and Recreation Department Youth Basketball Program is hosting the DCPR Hoop-It-Up Summer Basketball League again this year for boys ages 13 through 18.  

The summer league is targeted for experienced basketball players that have played basketball on an organized team. Once the season starts, there will be no practice, just games during the week.  

Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights, the times will be 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 p.m. This is a fun competitive league that will allow you to continue working on your basketball skills during the summer. Registration has started and runs through April 30 at Deer Lick Park. It’s an eight game season and the season dates are June 5 through July 27.  

The cost per participant is $60 per child. All games will be played at Deer Lick Park.
