I'm thinking after watching the video from approx 20 different camera's, I am thinking that one of the 2 is a female! If anyone know of a couple that was in this area Monday night please call Douglasville police.

So sad to see another attempted burglary. The comment, "GET A JOB,YA BUMS," are my feelings too. Our county is becoming "A LAND OF THUGS AND THIEVES"... It really stinks. Makes me very sad.

I'm praying for Douglas County. We are better than this. It's sad these folks chose crime for a living over work for a living.

I am not saying it is right what they are doing, but it is getting a lot harder to find a job now days....I am praying that Douglas County does get better, we had a trailer and Gold mining equipment stolen at around 8:30 a.m. on back on June 15 on Danilell Mill RD. Look what DC is turning into. Druggies, thugs, and ghetto people are taking over. I remember when I was little people could leave their doors unlocked and didn't have to worry about people coming in..

It's a far stretch to say that thugs are taking over the county. The vast majority of people who live here are law abiding. Or at least try to be. Drugs, thugs, and ghettos have been part of this county for decades. Nothing new here. This is not Mayberry. Most crimes are crimes of opportunity. People leave items in their cars. They leave their cars door unlocked with the keys. Businesses should spend a few extra dollars on high def. video equipment. Install window bars and other protection. Law enforcement can do a better job patrolling the businesses and neighborhoods. Citizens need to report 'suspicious" activity. A hoody on a hot summer night would be considered suspicious.

Arbor Station lock your doors!

Times have changed and things are hard and the even the best communites are affected. We must keep vigilant.. keep our eyes open and report every suspicious activity to law enforcment.. in no time those up to no good will know this is not the place to come.
