Selling Ecstasy, Marijuana to Agents

Skilyer Earl, 18, was taken into custody last week, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Facebook page, for selling MDMA (ecstasy) and marijuana to agents with the Special Investigations Division. The agents received information that Earl was dealing narcotics in Douglas County.

Agents were able to arrange a meeting with Earl where he sold marijuana and ecstasy to undercover officers over the course of a 30 day period. Earl was selling drugs to multiple people in the Lithia Springs area. Earl appeared before the local Magistrate Judge on Monday morning to answer to all the charges.

According to Douglas County Arrest records Earl is still in the Douglas County Jail under a $42,000 bond. The arrest records indicate that he was also arrested in February for a marijuana charge, and in Sept. 2011 on a robbery charge.

Driving with a Gun and Narcotics

Justin Winn, 27, was arrested by agents with the Special Investigations Division on June 8 when they observed him driving erratic on I-20. The F.I.N.D. Unit made a traffic stop where agents located six different types of narcotics that Winn did not have prescriptions for, according to the Sheriff's Facebook page.

Agents also located a hand gun and marijuana. Evidence found during the traffic stop indicated that Winn was selling the prescription drugs. Winn was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail. He was charged with six counts of possession with the intent to distribute based on the different types of narcotics that he had in his possession as well as marijuana less than one ounce and possession of a firearm during a violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Winn’s bond was denied after appearing before the local magistrate.

Arrest records indicate that Winn is being held in the Douglas County Jail.
