James W. Bond, 67, Dies

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, from 1 to 6 p.m. Funeral Service will be Monday, March 11, at 4:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. John Moody will officiate.

 

James W. Bond, 67 of Winston, passed away March 9. He was born in Oak Town, IN., Sept. 3, 1945. James was a wonderful husband, brother, father and step-father and an avid bass fisherman. He was owner of James and James Construction Company.

Surviving are his wife Carolyn Bond; sons, Jimmy Bond and Michael Bond; step-daughters Donna Landers and Cristy Allen; sisters, Jackie Sparks and her husband Larry and Janice Donnar and her husband Darrell.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, from 1 to 6 p.m. Funeral Service will be Monday, March 11, at 4:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. John Moody will officiate. In honoring his wishes Mr. Bond will be cremated following the service.

In lieu of flowers the family would suggest donations in James’ memory be made to his wife.
