2012 Kathy Brock Reading Bowl Competition
Saturday, Jan. 28 at Alexander High School. Admission is free, and is open to the everyone. A quiz-bowl type, Countywide competition between schools where students read 20 books and are quizzed on the content. Chapter Books: 9:30 a.m. to noon, Picture Books: 1 to 3 p.m.

District 4 Town Hall Meeting with Commissioner Ann Jones Guider
Saturday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m., in the Dog River Library Community Room, 6100 Georgia Highway 5. Admission is free and it is open to the public.
