Freddie Lee Swanson Jr., 37, Dies in Motorcycle Accident

Freddie Lee Swanson Jr., 37 of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, April 22, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born July 02, 1975 in Marietta, to Freddie Lee Swanson Sr. and Patricia Wade Phillips.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Phillips of Whitesburg; father and step-mother, Freddie Lee Sr and Joyce Swanson of Acworth ; wife, Amanda Odom; daughter, Hanna Paige Swanson of Whitesburg; two sisters, Felicia Willis of Savannah, and Brandy Swanson of Acworth; and a brother, Brandon Swanson of Acworth.

Memorial services were conducted Friday, April 26, from Shiloh Church. In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to the Freddie Lee Swanson Memorial Fund in care of Patricia Phillips at 220 E Hwy 5, Whitesburg, Georgia 30185.
